Please Unplug the washing machine and turn off the water supply & Wear work gloves before installing: 1. Remove the front lowest access panel & rear access panel; 2. Pry the locking tab out. Pull the shock absorber from the base; 3. Turn the upper portion of the shock absorber 90° counterclockwise until it pops out of the opening; 4. Reinstall with our new parts!
