These knobs are designed for a 'D' shaped shaft with a diameter of approximately 0.18 inches. When installed, the valve should point to the 12 o'clock position with the flat side of the shaft at 3 o'clock. Please note that while W10594481 and W10766544 are often used interchangeably, you should verify if your original knobs feature specific 'OFF' or 'Ignition' markings to ensure a perfect match for your control panel layout.
Installation is very straightforward and requires no tools. Simply pull the old, damaged knob straight off the shaft and push the new one firmly into place until it is seated securely. The entire process takes less than a minute.
