Not compatible with Masterbuilt or Camp Chef pellet grills. Check the existing probe plug and grill fitment before ordering.
When to Replace
- Replace the probe when temperature readings become inaccurate, intermittent, or inconsistent.
- A damaged probe tip, frayed cable, corroded connector, or loose plug can interfere with temperature monitoring.
- Replace a missing or damaged holder clip or grommet when the probe or cable cannot remain securely positioned.
Installation Tips
- Connect the 3.5 mm plug to the grill's compatible temperature-probe connection and position the probe in the food.
- Use the included clips and grommets to help secure the probe and cable during cooking.
- Clean the probe tip with a damp cloth after each use. Do not immerse the wire or plug in water.
- For a basic accuracy check, place the probe in ice water; it should read 32°F (0°C).
- Avoid repeatedly twisting the probe cable, which can cause breakage.
This product includes lifetime protection for defects or other product issues.
