FAQ

This kit is designed for 20-inch and 21-inch Toro CCR single-stage snowthrowers. Compatible models include the CCR 2000, CCR 2400, CCR 2450, CCR 2500, CCR 3000, CCR 3600, CCR 3650, CCR 3675, and various GTS versions of these series.
The paddles in this set replace Toro part numbers 99-9313, 125-1128, 55-9250, 55-9251, and 88-0771. The scraper blade replaces 55-8760, and the drive belt replaces 95-6151.
You should inspect your paddles and scraper blade if you notice the snowblower is no longer self-propelling effectively or if it is leaving a significant amount of snow behind on the pavement. If the rubber edges of the paddles are worn down to the metal rotor or if the scraper blade shows deep gouges or uneven wear, replacing them will restore the machine's clearing performance.
The drive belt (95-6151) should be replaced if you notice slipping, cracking, or fraying. If the snowblower struggles to maintain speed under load or if you hear squealing during operation, the belt is likely stretched or worn and should be replaced alongside the paddles to ensure consistent power transfer.
You will generally need a basic socket set, a set of wrenches, and a screwdriver. Because this involves removing the side covers and potentially the rotor assembly, having a pair of pliers and a penetrating oil (like WD-40) on hand is helpful for loosening hardware that may have rusted due to seasonal snow exposure.
Before starting, take a photo of the existing belt routing to ensure you can replicate it correctly during reassembly. When installing the new rubber paddles, ensure the hardware is tightened securely, but be careful not to overtighten the nuts against the rubber, as this can cause premature tearing. It is also a good time to clean out any debris from the housing while the unit is disassembled.
