4 SIMPLE STEPS
1. Access to your resistor (usually behind/ under the glove box); 2. Release the 2 screws that secure the resistor. Unplug the resistor connector and the resistor plug; 3. Disconnect the vehicle’s negative battery cable. Replace the old wire harness by cutting the wires and matching them to the new wire harness (take note of where each wire goes); 4. Reinstall with the new resistor. You can put some dielectric grease on in the resistor connector housing to avoid water intrusion.
