When to Replace

Installation Tips

  • Close both outlet valves and the tank valve before connecting
  • Hand-tighten QCC1 onto tank valve, O-ring sealed, no PTFE tape needed; hand-tighten CGA600 connectors into appliance regulator inlets
  • Leak test all joints with soapy water before opening either outlet valve; do not proceed if bubbles appear
  • Open the main tank valve a few seconds before opening outlet valves to activate the QCC1 overflow protection device
  • At shutdown: close both outlet valves first, then close the main tank valve to relieve hose pressure
  • Outdoor or well-ventilated use only; store with protective caps installed

To reset it, close the tank valve, disconnect the hose, wait 30 seconds to allow the pressure to equalize, reconnect the hose, and open the tank valve very slowly.
