Compatibility & Fitment
This hose assembly fits RV propane systems, grills, outdoor stoves, portable propane heaters, smokers, fire pit tables, and other LP gas appliances. It is also suitable for Olympian Wave Heaters. Confirm that the equipment and propane source use compatible 3/8-inch male flare fittings before installation.
When to Replace
Replace the hose if the rubber shows cracking, cuts, hardening, abrasion, heat damage, oil damage, or other deterioration. Replacement is also appropriate when a fitting is damaged, the connection does not seal correctly, or a leak is detected after proper installation and testing.
Installation Tips
- Connect the two 3/8-inch female flare swivel ends to compatible 3/8-inch male flare fittings on the propane source and appliance.
- The swivel design allows quick connection and disconnection, and installation requires no tools when the fittings are compatible and hand-tightened correctly.
- Inspect both fittings and the hose before use. After installation, check the connections for leaks using an appropriate leak-detection method before operating the appliance.
- Use the hose only with propane equipment rated for the connection and application.
