Installation Tips
- Safety First: CRITICAL: Always unplug the refrigerator before removing the rear evaporator panel. The fan motor area contains exposed high-voltage wiring.
- Match the Blade: PRO TIP: Compare your original fan blade to the ones provided in the kit. Using a blade that is too large can strain the motor, while one that is too small won't provide enough cooling.
- Check the Rotation: Before fully reassembling, plug the fridge in briefly to ensure the fan is spinning in the correct direction (pulling air through the coils). If it is spinning backward, the airflow will be insufficient.
