The microfiber scrub pads feature a textured weave designed to agitate and lift stubborn, stuck-on grime and dried spills. The soft cleaning pads are constructed with a denser, plush pile intended for daily maintenance, dusting, and polishing delicate surfaces like sealed hardwood or laminate.
For best results, machine wash the pads in warm water using a mild detergent. Avoid using fabric softeners or bleach, as these can coat the microfiber fibers and reduce their absorption and steam-penetration capabilities. Air drying is recommended to maintain the integrity of the elastic binding.
While these pads are durable and washable, you should replace them if you notice the fibers becoming matted, the elastic no longer holds the pad firmly to the mop head, or if the pads no longer effectively lift dirt. Depending on the frequency of use and the condition of your floors, most users find a rotation of 8 pads lasts for several months of regular cleaning.
No tools are required. These pads are designed with an elasticized edge that allows them to slip easily over the base of your PurSteam mop head. Simply stretch the pad over the bottom of the mop head until it is snug and centered.
