When to Replace
- Existing skid shoes are worn, cracked, broken, or missing.
- The scraper bar or auger housing makes direct contact with the ground.
- To upgrade from standard metal shoes to protect delicate or decorative surfaces.
Installation Tips
- Position the snow blower on a level surface and turn off the engine. Disconnect the spark plug wire as a safety precaution.
- Remove the old skid shoes and hardware.
- Attach the new rolling skid shoes using the included hardware. Do not fully tighten yet.
