1) Empty wood pellet bin. 2) Unscrew the auger holder screw at the bottom of the bin. 3) Remove the bottom of the bin cover by unscrewing 4 screws. 4) Unplug the motor & Unscrew the bolt & nut holding the auger/motor. 5) Plug in the motor & Install new motor.
