The W10350376 Dishwasher Rack Adjuster includes both roller wheels and can be used on the left or right side. It is advisal to replace both sides, as they typically wear out at the same time. We replaced the original plastic screws version with an upgraded new high-quality STEEL Screws version, which is far studier than the plastic version by 50%.
