Before ordering, confirm three things on your original tray: the overall diameter is about 12-3/4 inches, it is a round glass plate, and the bottom has the same 3-foot pattern that rides on the center drive coupler and roller ring.

Measure your old glass tray straight across the center from edge to edge; it should be approximately 12.75 inches (12-3/4 in. / 32.5 cm). Also check the underside: this style is a round tray with 3 feet on the bottom, and the center area must match your microwave's drive coupling. If the diameter is off or the bottom profile is different, the plate may not rotate correctly even if it looks similar.
Common signs include a cracked or shattered tray, chips around the rim, wobbling during rotation, poor seating on the center coupler, or the plate slipping off the roller ring. If food is heating unevenly and the tray no longer sits flat, inspect the glass plate along with the roller ring and drive coupler.
