Replaces / Cross-Reference Part Numbers

  • This is a universal accessory adapter, not a direct replacement for a specific OEM part number.
  • Can be used as an alternative to similar 1/4-inch Y-splitter adapters from brands such as DOZYANT, NQN, and VEVOR.

Compatibility & Fitment

  • Designed for low-pressure propane systems commonly found on RVs, motorhomes, and travel trailers.
  • Connects to standard 1/4-inch female quick-disconnect ports on the vehicle's regulated propane line.
  • Compatible with appliances equipped with a 1/4-inch male quick-connect plug, including portable grills, camp stoves, fire pits, and heaters.

When to Replace

  • Replace your existing splitter if there is visible damage, cracking, or heavy corrosion.
  • Replace if the shutoff valve handles are broken, difficult to turn, or fail to stop gas flow completely.
  • Replace if the quick-connect fittings leak gas or do not form a secure connection.

Installation Tips

  • Always turn off the main gas supply at the propane tank before installation or removal.
  • Insert the male plug end of the splitter firmly into the RV's female quick-connect fitting until it clicks into place.
  • Connect the appliance hoses to the two female outlets on the splitter.
  • After connecting, perform a leak test on all connections using a soapy water solution. Check for bubbles, which indicate a gas leak.
  • Ensure both shutoff valves are in the "OFF" position before turning the main gas supply back on.

FAQ

This adapter lets you branch one 1/4-inch RV propane quick connect connection into two outlets, so you can connect two low-pressure propane appliances to the same RV propane supply point. The built-in shutoff valve lets you stop flow to one branch when needed.
It is intended for RV low-pressure propane systems that use a 1/4-inch quick connect style fitting after the RV's regulator. It is typically used for appliances such as RV grills, fire pits, griddles, or camp stoves that are designed to run on regulated low-pressure propane. It should not be used to feed appliances that require high-pressure propane directly from a tank unless the appliance is specifically set up for an RV quick connect system.
Check that your RV has a 1/4-inch propane quick connect port and that your appliance hose or plug matches that connection style. Also confirm the appliances you plan to use are designed for low-pressure propane service from the RV regulator. If your appliance normally connects directly to a disposable bottle or unregulated tank connection, it may need a conversion hose or regulator changes before it will work correctly.
Inspect the quick connect ends, seals, and mating fittings for dirt, damage, or wear. Make sure the RV propane supply is turned off before connecting anything. After installation, perform a leak check with an approved soap-and-water solution at all connection points before lighting any appliance. Do not use if you smell gas, see bubbles during leak testing, or if the fittings do not fully seat and lock.
The most common issues are using the splitter on the wrong type of propane system, connecting an appliance that needs high pressure instead of regulated low pressure, a quick connect plug that does not fully engage, or a shutoff valve left partially closed. Low flame or poor performance can also happen if two appliances are being used at the same time and total gas demand exceeds what the RV regulator or supply line can deliver.
Installation is usually simple and takes only a few minutes if the fittings are true quick connect types. In many setups, no tools are needed for the quick connect portion. If your setup includes threaded adapters, use the correct wrench size and follow propane-fitting sealing requirements for that specific thread type. Do not overtighten, and always leak-test after assembly.
