FAQ

These rollers are compatible with a wide range of Ecovacs Deebot models, including the T8, T8 AIVI, T9, N8, N8+, N8 Pro Plus, X1, X1 Turbo, X1 Plus, T10 Plus, 920, 950, T5, and N10 Plus.
For optimal cleaning performance, we recommend replacing the main brush roller every 6 to 12 months, depending on the frequency of use and the type of flooring in your home. If you notice visible wear on the bristles or if the brush is no longer effectively picking up debris, it is time for a replacement.
You should inspect your brush roller if you notice a decrease in suction performance, increased noise during operation, or if the brush appears frayed, matted, or damaged. Additionally, if the roller no longer spins freely due to worn-down end caps or bearings, replacement is necessary to prevent strain on the vacuum's motor.
No tools are required. The brush roller is designed for tool-free installation. Simply unlock the brush guard on the underside of your Deebot, remove the old roller, and snap the new one into place.
To keep your brush roller in top condition, regularly remove hair and tangled fibers using the cleaning tool provided with your vacuum. Avoid vacuuming up large, hard objects or liquids, as these can damage the bristles and the roller housing.
