FAQ

This kit is designed for use with Stihl BG56, BG56C, and SH56 leaf blowers.
This carburetor replaces OEM part numbers 4241-120-0632, 4241-120-0622, 4241-120-0615, 4241-120-0608, and 4214-120-1800. It also serves as a direct replacement for Zama C1M-S260B and C1M-260 carburetors.
Common signs of a failing carburetor include the engine struggling to reach full RPM, stalling during operation, hard starting, or erratic idling. If your blower is leaking fuel or running with a rough, inconsistent power delivery, the carburetor may be clogged or worn.
This is a comprehensive kit that includes the carburetor, air filter, fuel line, fuel filter, spark plug, and necessary gaskets to complete a full engine refresh.
The most common cause of failure is the use of ethanol-blended fuels. Ethanol can attract moisture and degrade over time, leaving behind gummy deposits that clog the internal passages and jets of the carburetor. Regular use of fresh fuel and replacing the fuel filter and lines during a tune-up helps prevent these issues.
Installation is straightforward and typically takes 30 to 60 minutes. You will need basic hand tools, such as a screwdriver and a socket set, to remove the air filter housing and fuel lines. We recommend taking a photo of the fuel line routing before disassembly to ensure the new lines are connected correctly.
