5304506660 Dishwasher Lower Spray Arm Assembly
Key Features
- Multi-Angle Spray Pattern: Features precision-engineered nozzles designed to rotate and distribute high-pressure water across the entire lower rack for maximum soil removal.
- Heat-Stabilized Polymer: Constructed from high-durability, food-grade plastic that resists warping and cracking under high-temperature sanitize and heated dry cycles.
- Dynamic Balanced Rotation: The arm is balanced to ensure smooth, consistent rotation even under varying water pressures, preventing "dead zones" in the wash tub.
- Debris-Resistant Nozzles: Specifically shaped apertures designed to minimize the accumulation of hard water minerals and food particles within the arm.

Compatibility & Fitment
This lower spray arm is compatible with various Frigidaire and Kenmore 24-inch built-in dishwashers. Key compatible models include:
- Frigidaire Models: LFID2426TF5A, FFID2426TS1A, FFID2426TD, LFID2426TF, FGID2466QF.
- Kenmore / Sears: Fits select 587-series dishwashers manufactured by Frigidaire (e.g., 587.15113K90).
- Crosley: Compatible with select XID series models utilizing the 5304 series spray assembly.
When to Replace
- Poor Cleaning Results: Dishes in the lower rack remain dirty or have a "gritty" residue, indicating the arm is not spinning or the jets are clogged.
- Visible Cracks: The plastic housing has split along the seam, causing a loss of water pressure and preventing the arm from rotating.
- Blocked Nozzles: Hard water deposits or food debris have permanently plugged the spray holes.
- Melting Damage: The arm has dropped onto the heating element, causing visible melting or deformation.
- Wobbling: The central hub is worn out, causing the arm to tilt and hit the dish rack or the heating element.
Installation Tips
- Safety First: Turn off the dishwasher. Remove the lower dish rack to gain full access to the bottom of the tub.
- Tool-Free Removal: Most models allow the arm to be removed by unscrewing the center nut (often clockwise/reverse thread) or by simply pulling upward to release it from the support post.
- Hub Inspection: Inspect the spray arm support and the glass trap/filter area for debris before installing the new arm.
- Secure Seating: Snap the new arm onto the support post and ensure it spins freely by hand before replacing the rack.
- Maintenance: To prevent future clogs, periodically check the nozzles and rinse the arm under warm water to clear any trapped particles.
