Installation Tips

Disconnect all power to the garage door opener before beginning service.
Release the door from the opener carriage to move it manually.
Loosen the belt tensioner to provide slack for removing the old belt.
Ensure the bullet assembly is correctly seated in the traveler/shuttle mechanism.
Adjust the tension of the new belt according to the manufacturer's specifications.

4 SIMPLE STEPS

1. Unplug the garage door opener & shut the garage door; 2. Remove your old Drive Belt; 3. Install our new Drive Belt; 4. Plug in the garage door opener, test running & adjust the belt rail for proper performance; Please put on work gloves & safety glasses before installation.

FOLLOW THESE TIPS FOR PROPER INSTALLATION

1. Check Belt Positioning: Ensure the belt is seated correctly in the track and wrapped around all required pulleys and guide pins; 2. Align the Bullet Assembly: Make sure the bullet assembly (white plastic piece) is positioned exactly at the center alignment point; 3. Adjust for Belt Length Variance: A small length variance (±8 mm) is normal, please adjust the tensioner. If still a bit long, trim the excess end and reattach the bullet assembly.
