Please turn off the exhaust fan & Wear work gloves before installing: 1. Remove the exhaust fan cover; 2. Unthread the mouting screws and unplug to remove the old fan motor assembly; 3. Reinstall with our new parts; 4. Test running for 5 minnutes to ensure proper installation.
