  • Width: 1-1/20 inches

Smoother Power Transmission

This drive belt efficiently transfers power from the engine to the drivetrain, ensuring reliable operation of all vehicle systems. It maintains proper tension around the pulleys, reducing vibration and noise by up to 45% compared to standard belts for a smoother ride.

Perfect Fit & Compatibility

Replaces part numbers: 27077-G02, 27077-G01, and 22337-G1.

Designed to fit EZGO Marathon gas golf carts, including:

  • 4-Cycle models (1991–1996)
  • 2-Cycle models (1992–1993)

Also compatible with PC4X, PC4GX, PC4GXI, XI300, XI500, XI804, and 804 industrial vehicles.

Superior Quality Construction

This drive belt features a heavy-duty 4-layer construction, including a protective top fabric, high-performance EPDM rubber, reinforced aramid fiber cords with strong adhesion gum, and durable fiber-loaded rubber.

The rugged design provides excellent resistance to heat, oil, dust, and harsh weather conditions, ensuring long service life and dependable performance under frequent use.

Easy Installation

The drive belt is designed for easy installation and removal. Install both the drive belt and starter generator belt onto the drive pulley first. Avoid forcing the belts with tools; slowly rotating the pulley will help seat them properly.

After installation, run the vehicle for approximately 5 minutes and readjust if necessary to prevent slippage under full load. For best performance and belt longevity, do not mix new and used belts in the same system.

FAQ

This belt is designed for EZGO Marathon gas golf carts, specifically the 4-cycle models from 1991–1996 and 2-cycle models from 1992–1993. It is also compatible with industrial vehicles including the PC4X, PC4GX, PC4GXI, XI300, XI500, XI804, and 804 series.
This belt directly replaces OEM part numbers 27077-G02, 27077-G01, 22337-G1, and 6098.
A worn belt will typically show signs of dry rot, cracking, or fraying along the edges. In terms of performance, you may notice the cart slipping, a loss of power when climbing hills, or a failure to reach top speed. If the belt is stretched or glazed, it will prevent the clutch system from engaging properly, resulting in sluggish acceleration.
Drive belts are subject to extreme heat and constant friction within the CVT (Continuously Variable Transmission) system. Over time, the rubber compounds dry out and lose their flexibility, leading to cracking. Additionally, heavy loads or frequent stop-and-go driving can cause the belt to glaze or stretch, which reduces its grip on the clutch sheaves.
Before installing the new belt, inspect your drive and driven clutches for any debris, oil, or excessive wear on the sheaves. If the clutch faces are dirty or have deep grooves, clean them thoroughly with a non-residue cleaner. Ensure the new belt is properly seated in the secondary clutch to prevent immediate wear or slippage upon startup.
