Installation Tips
- Disconnect the negative battery terminal before beginning work.
- Safely relieve fuel system pressure prior to disconnecting lines.
- Note the orientation and connection of all fuel lines and electrical wires on the old pump.
- Consider replacing the fuel filter (such as part 149-2457) during installation.
- After installation, prime the system and carefully check for any fuel leaks before starting the generator.
