Installation Tips

  • Disconnect the blender from the power outlet before starting the replacement.
  • The old coupling has reverse threads; turn it clockwise to remove.
  • A flat-blade screwdriver may be used to gently pry the old part off the motor shaft.
  • Align the new coupling with the flat sides of the motor shaft and turn counter-clockwise to tighten.
