1. Access to your resistor (usually behind/ under the glove box); 2. Release the 2 screws that secure the resistor to the housing; 3. Unplug the wire harness from the resistor connector by carefully releasing its tab with a flat-head screwdriver; 4. Reinstall with the new resistor. You can put some dielectric grease on in the resistor connector housing to avoid water intrusion.
