Replaces / Cross-Reference Part Numbers

- Eliminates the need for multiple 1 lb disposable cylinders.
- Functions as a replacement for shorter hoses or adapters without a fuel gauge.
Compatibility & Fitment
- Connects to standard 5, 10, 20, 30, and 40 lb propane tanks with a QCC1/Type 1 valve.
- Fits a wide range of portable appliances designed for 1 lb cylinders.
- Compatible with many models from brands such as:
- Weber Q series grills
- Coleman camping stoves and lanterns
- Blackstone 17-inch and 22-inch tabletop griddles

When to Replace
- Visible cracks, brittleness, or abrasions on the hose.
- Corrosion or physical damage to the brass fittings.
- Persistent gas leaks from connections after proper tightening, confirmed with a soapy water test.
- The integrated pressure gauge is broken or provides inaccurate readings.
Installation Tips
- Ensure the valve on the propane tank is fully closed before installation.
- Hand-tighten the QCC1 fitting onto the propane tank valve until secure. Do not use tools on the plastic nut.
- Screw the 1"-20 male fitting into the appliance's regulator inlet where a 1 lb cylinder would normally attach.
- Slowly open the tank valve to pressurize the hose.
- Before lighting the appliance, check all connections for leaks by applying a soapy water solution and looking for bubbles.
- Position the hose away from direct heat and areas where it could be a tripping hazard.
