Key Features
- Total assembled length of up to 30 feet.
- Includes multiple flexible, interlocking rods for navigating vent bends.
- One synthetic brush head designed for effective lint and debris removal.

Replaces / Cross-Reference Part Numbers
- This is a maintenance tool kit and does not directly replace a specific OEM part number.
- Designed for periodic cleaning of dryer ventilation systems as recommended by appliance manufacturers.
Compatibility & Fitment
- Fits most standard residential and commercial dryer vents, including flexible foil and rigid metal ducts.
- Brush head is sized for common vent diameters.
- Drill attachment is compatible with most standard corded and cordless power drills.
- Suitable for cleaning other ductwork, such as bathroom exhaust vents or dust collection systems.
When to Replace
- Dryer takes longer than one cycle to dry a load of clothes.
- The outside of the dryer feels unusually hot to the touch during operation. - A burning smell is detected when the dryer is running.
- The exterior vent flap does not open fully when the dryer is on.
- It has been more than one year since the last thorough vent cleaning.
- Replace kit components if rods are cracked, brush bristles are excessively worn, or connections are stripped.
Installation Tips
- Always disconnect the dryer from its power source before cleaning.
- Assemble rods one at a time, ensuring each connection is secure.
- When using a power drill, operate only in the clockwise (forward) direction to prevent the rods from unscrewing inside the vent.
- Use a low to medium speed setting on the drill to maintain control and avoid damaging the ductwork.
- Advance the brush slowly and steadily through the vent. Do not force it through heavy blockages.
- After cleaning, use a vacuum to remove all dislodged lint from the vent opening and around the dryer.
